Shipping/Refund Policy

ST4R does not accept returns once the customer receives products unless our products are damaged upon arrival. The product must be unused/unworn or else ST4R may decline your return request. This also must be reported within the first 7 days or else ST4R may decline your return request.

All items, unless they are pre-orders, will be shipped in 3-5 business days after we receive your order. All pre-order items will be shipped within 2-3 weeks of the purchase date. Once our products are shipped from our warehouse and are enroute, we are not liable for any items getting lost in the mail, etc. Please contact the service provider to come to a resolution.
